I design communication programmes for international teams.

Learning and development consultant working with professionals, companies and universities across Europe. Programmes are delivered in English, online or in person.

Who you’ll work with

I’m Gabriela. I started my career in education, then studied Law and completed a Master’s in Human Resources Management. Together they shape how I design programmes: how adults learn, how precise professional language needs to be, and what an organisation needs from the training it commissions.

For more than eighteen years I have worked with professionals, companies, universities and business schools across Europe. What I enjoy most is understanding people’s professional worlds and helping them communicate with greater clarity and confidence in English.

I have lived and worked in several European countries, so I know how much effort it takes to build relationships and make yourself understood in another language. I’m CELTA-qualified.

Outside work, I enjoy travel, books, art and architecture, and the small details that bring a place to life.

How I train

What it’s like to train with me

Sessions are practical. We might prepare an important presentation, work through a difficult workplace conversation or review a technical document together, always with feedback as we go.

The programme stays flexible as needs change. If an upcoming meeting, negotiation, presentation or difficult conversation becomes urgent, it can take priority for a session. The immediate challenge becomes the material, and we return to the broader objectives afterwards.

I aim for a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere with room for humour, because people practise more freely when they are relaxed. Participants often tell me the time passes faster than they expect.

“Good communication training doesn’t tell professionals what to say. It helps them express what they already know.”
