Everything you need to know before we start working together
Who are the programmes for?
Professionals who need to communicate in English at work, individually or as part of a team. I work across HR & Legal, Finance & Treasury, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Procurement & Supply Chain, Engineering & Operations, and Management.
Can you tailor a programme to our team, industry or business needs?
Yes. We agree learning objectives around participants’ responsibilities and workplace challenges. Training can incorporate your terminology, documents and scenarios, with modules selected from the three programme areas.
Can you work alongside our HR or L&D team?
Yes. We can agree priorities, delivery arrangements and progress reporting together. I remain your direct contact throughout the programme.
Do you work with individuals, teams or both?
Both. Companies can arrange individual training or small-group programmes with shared objectives. Self-funded professionals can also contact me directly.
What's the format — online, in person, or both?
Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams, in person or through a combination of both. Arrangements depend on location and programme requirements.
What English level do participants need?
I assess participants’ starting levels and needs before recommending a programme. Objectives and activities are adapted accordingly; group composition takes account of both English level and professional needs.
Can we prepare for an upcoming meeting, presentation or negotiation?
Yes. An upcoming event can become a focus within the programme. Participants can rehearse with their own materials, anticipate questions and receive targeted feedback.
How is progress assessed?
Progress is reviewed against the objectives agreed at the start, using practical communication tasks, trainer feedback and participant self-assessment. Progress summaries and a final report identify achievements and priorities for further development.
How soon can participants expect progress?
This depends on their starting point, objectives, attendance and opportunities to practise. We agree realistic priorities at the outset and review progress throughout. Improvement in a specific task, such as presenting results, can occur without a change in overall English level.
Do you use AI in your training?
Where useful, AI tools can support additional practice and self-study. I select activities around the learning objectives and review materials for accuracy and relevance. Personalised feedback and interaction remain central.
How much does a programme cost?
Pricing depends on the objectives, format, group size and duration. After an introductory call, I provide a tailored proposal and quote with no obligation.
Do you offer exam preparation?
Exam preparation can be discussed alongside professional communication objectives. Contact me with the qualification you are considering so we can establish whether I can support your preparation.
Can CPF funding be arranged in France?
Funding options may be available through partner training organisations. Please contact me to check whether an eligible programme and suitable partner arrangement are available for your needs.
What's the first step?
Book an introductory call or send me a message. We’ll discuss your needs, who the training is for and your preferred timing, then agree on the next steps.
